CrossFit requires attending an On-ramp, or a Beginners Foundational Course. This course is 8 classes long, and will cover all the basic, fundamental movements you will need to know to get you started. For more information on attending our next On-ramp, please visit our Getting Started page!

Rise & Grind requires no prerequisite course or history. You simply sign-up and show up.

Yoga is open to anyone, existing members or not. We have punch cards available for 10-class packages, or you can add it to your Rise & Grind membership.
