Most people think of May as the beginning of summer. CrossFit athletes think of May and they automatically think of Murph. Come join us on Memorial Day (RAIN OR SHINE) during one of our three heats to complete this workout in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
