Portion of all proceeds go to the Prader-Willi Foundation!! We are back for our 3rd annual 24-hour CrossFit-style endurance event. We will be completing one workout every hour on the hour for a total of 24 consecutive hours. There will be 3 levels of glory; Heavy, Challenge, or Light. •Heavy: 24 consecutive hours.
