East Hampton Strength & Conditioning
A fitness community that offers something for everyone.
Rise & Grind
Leave the heavy weights & barbells behind and come for a 60-minute training through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Join us 3-days a week for Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga. Yoga will help with muscle tightness and soreness that you can experience after a workout. It will help loosen you up after a training session, speed up recovery, and reduce soreness.
All workouts are based on functional movements, which include the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By implementing a constantly varied approach, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
This is “an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.” Our programming will incorporate Olympic lifts, powerlifting, gymnastics movements, body weight movements and explosive activity.

“Our team attended S2CF’s Unicorn and Dragon Competition and it went smooth and was a well oiled machine. The competition started and finished on time. It was very organized with all CF L1 certified trainers as judges. The Box was clean, quality equipment, and plenty of room. The coaches of the Box are friendly and knowledgeable. It is a great community for anyone, all ages, all sizes, all skill levels. Thanks for putting in the hard work to provide a quality product.”
CrossFit High Order
“I have been CrossFitting for the past few years at Schedule 2 & am so excited for the new changes and improvements happening with the addition of East Hampton Strength & Conditioning. I have taken the new yoga class (loved!!) and also Rise & Grind classes which have been great. Rise & Grind is an a** kicker and I love the variety and change of pace from CrossFit. Coaches here and people are great as well, a very supportive atmosphere. Can’t say enough great things, just feel fortunate to be a part of it!”
“Love the diversity of the workouts! I’ve been to Rise & Grind about 3 times now and every time it’s different but yet the results are the same…sweat, sweat, sweat! All movements can be scaled to fit your ability and there is no judgement or egos at this place. Everyone is supportive and helpful! Classes are sized where you can get personalized instruction to make sure you are doing movements correctly. The best part is, class times are very accommodating with my work schedule.”

A CrossFit gym is a community; a family that sweats and suffers, laughs with and supports each other. We are not your standard gym, and therefore, we take pride in not operating like one. We look forward to you joining our family!
